A stunning and complex white from Francesco Cirelli. After a brief maceration with the skins (24-36 hours), the must is transferred for it's primary fermentation (plus malolactic fermentation) and age in clay anfora.
Tasting Notes:
Notes of golden apple, ripe Bartlett pear and herbs on the nose, carrying through to the palate. Refreshingly mineral on the finish.
Food Pairings:
Butternut squash mezzaluna, squid ink spaghetti, chips, dip & caviar
